Ute Creek in Longmont Considered One
of Colorado's Finest Public Golf Courses

Ute Creek is a championship course designed by world-renowned resort architect, Robert Trent Jones II.

"This golfing masterpiece is a must play for golfers of all abilities," says PGA Head Golf Professional Eric Jensen. The course layout is one of the best around." The links style course varies from 5,509 yards to a lengthy 7,282 yards from the championship tees. The golf course is an integral part of the Spring Valley residential development in east Longmont.

Ute Creek, owned by the City of Longmont, opened for play in June of 1997. "We are very proud to offer this great facility" stated Larry Mills, City of Longmont Golf Operations Manager. "Ute Creek has put the finishing touch on Longmont's golf program. With Sunset, Twin Peaks, and Ute Creek, golfers now have three distinct layouts to choose from. With three courses in different categories, golf is easily affordable for everyone."

Located an easy 35-mile drive north of Denver, Ute Creek features breath taking views of Long Peak, the Front Range and the Great Plains. The course offers wide, multi-level fairways lined by native grasses. But don't be fooled by the wide fairways. Most holes require length off the tee and precise shot placement. The course layout has five par fives and five par threes, with three of each on the back nine. The course design includes five lakes, two streams, and fifty-five bunkers.

Amenities include a driving range with large tees and multiple target greens, a 10,000 square foot practice putting green, a short game practice area with two sand bunkers and an area to practice shots up to 60 yards. Lesson packages are available from the professional staff for golfers of all abilities.

The clubhouse offers a full service golf shop stocked with all of the latest equipment and apparel as well as a full range of club fitting and repair services. The restaurant/snack bar and event pavilion will seat up to 160 people for large outings.

Whether you are a beginner or a scratch golfer, Ute Creek is a course you must play to appreciate. For your convenience, tee time reservations can be made up to seven days in advance. For further information or tee times, call Ute Creek at 303-774-4342.
