The hotel offers nightly entertainment. Top performers, both comics and nationally known bands perform weekly in the 700-seat showroom. See headline comedians and bands from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Want more entertainment? Then relax, have a drink or maybe a dance as live musical groups entertain in the Sky Dome Lounge. But if you are a gambler or just like to see and hear the lights and sounds of the casino, then you won't be able to sit for long before you find yourself wanting to see the action.

Championship Golf Just a short drive behind the resort is 18 holes of championship golf. This Cal Olson-designed course is the crown jewel of CasaBlanca. This is a course to be experienced. No two rounds will be the same. The desert course is built with plenty of water. The Virgin River meanders through four or five holes and more lake water can be found on eight other holes. If you are counting, that is 13 holes of the 18 with water present. The water works. It is an important piece to the whole. Not only does it provide hazard areas but also perhaps more importantly, it provides wetland area for the desert fowl. The natural beauty of the course is only enhanced by its design.

The golf course offers golfers of all levels plenty of challenge. The number one criteria for the builders was playability and with five sets of tees providing 5,200 yards from the forward tees to 7,011 yards from the championship tees, the course delivers all the elements of a great game of golf.

You will start your round the minute you get out of the car. The car staff is there to unload while pointing out the two practice greens, practice bunkers and driving range. If you are playing in the heat of summer, make sure you ask for an air-conditioned cart. Inside the clubhouse you will find Director of Golf Bob Ault and his staff ready to make your day its best. If your swing isn't at its best, see Bob or his staff for some lessons.

The links style course with the first nine running parallel to the back nine is quite possibly the only course in Mesquite that you would even consider walking. A twilight nine in the cool evening air may just tempt you to carry your bag.

Every course has a signature hole and at CasaBlanca that hole is the challenging 17th. This 454-yard, par 4 will require a long drive and long iron shot to the green. Surrounded by wetlands and bunkers this hole narrows as it comes to the green leaving little room for error. A par here is a great score, but don't feel content. The closing hole is no pushover either. Good accurate length is again required off the tee box. Fairway bunkers again trap errant shots. The amphitheater green is surrounded by bunkers making accurate approach shots necessary for a chance for par. Walking off the 18th green all players are tempted to say &endash; "Play it again."

Vacation Adventure within a few hours drive of the CasaBlanca a variety of vacation destinations are available. Drive south and see the neon-encrusted world of Vegas, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Point north and find Zion Canyon, Quail Creek Reservoir and Snow Canyon. The CasaBlanca Hotel, Casino, Spa and Golf resort is your getaway vacation fun.
